The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and “Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
Service Terms
• Kindly refer to the terms of every service that you are availing with “WeClean”.
• Logistic Charges of Rs. 150/- only are applicable on all orders below Rs. 800/-
• You must book order via WhatsApp or via Website. We can only address queries on call & provide information customer needs. We do not accept orders via phone call. All communication will happen via WhatsApp/SMS only.
• "WeClean" will not take any responsibility, if cloths given directly to delivery boy without placing order with us via WhatsApp & receiving a confirmation.We put all efforts to respect the agreed delivery period & timelines provided. Delays do not however give any right to compensation.
• Customers are requested to examine & count their garments on pickup as well as on delivery & take acknowledgement via SMS/WhatsApp/Receipt as “WeClean” is not responsible after the delivery is done.
• All communication will happen via SMS/WhatsApp only & Standard delivery happens in 3 working days. Quick delivery (within 36 hours) is available only on select services.
• “WeClean” assures the best service with zero compromise on quality. While other Laundries compensate up to 10 times of service charge, WeClean promises up to 12 times the service charge in case of loss / misplacement/complete damage* to the garment.The compensation shall be made in form of voucher of equivalent cash value or a direct cheque payment in the customer’s account only. No cash compensations will be provided.
• Any discrepancy(ies) regarding shortage or exchange of cloths should be reported to “WeClean” customer service team within 24 hours of delivery to resolve query smoothly.
• Any complaint(s) must be highlighted to the WeClean Team without delay; and at the latest in the (3) three business days after delivery of the articles and with the presentation of weclean’s paper receipt or digital acknowledgement and the garment tags of WeClean brand name intact.The complaints are carefully examined by our customer service team and are respectively justified / rectified by our teams in the stores.
